The contract is divided into 3 lots:

Lot 1: Smartphones

Lot 2: Tablets

Lot 3: Accessories

The estimated total value of the contract is 1 000 000 EUR, excluding VAT.

The minimum requirements for the devices are as follows:

- Smartphones: minimum 6 GB RAM, minimum 128 GB storage, minimum 5000 mAh battery, minimum 6.5" display, minimum 12 MP camera

- Tablets: minimum 4 GB RAM, minimum 64 GB storage, minimum 7000 mAh battery, minimum 10.1" display

- Accessories: compatible with the above devices, including cases, screen protectors, and chargers

The contract will be awarded to the economically most advantageous tender, as defined in the procurement documents.

The contract duration is 24 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 12 months.

The contract will be governed by the laws of Germany.
