Contract/Contracts for guarantee lines for the purposes of securing advances to IRGiT or other beneficiaries

The subject of the procurement is the conclusion by TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (TAURON) of a bilateral framework agreement with a maximum of four contractors for the provision of a guarantee line enabling the issuance of bank guarantees for TAURON's obligations and the obligations of TAURON Group companies towards: a) Scope 1: Izba Rozliczeniowa Giełd Towarowych S.A. ("IRGiT") as collateral for transactions carried out on the Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A. ("Scope 1"), b) Scope 2: other beneficiaries ("Scope 2"), based on orders placed by TAURON (based on an agreement concluded by the Contractor exclusively with TAURON).
