**Short description:**

The contracting authority intends to purchase a new electric compact sweeper with a gross vehicle weight (GVM) of 3500 kg, zero emissions, with a minimum capacity of 1.2 m³ and a minimum working width of 1.6 m. The sweeper must be equipped with a dust suppression system, a water tank with a minimum capacity of 400 litres and a diesel engine for the water pump.

- Minimum charging time: 2 hours

- Minimum operating time: 4 hours

- Minimum dust collection capacity: 1.2 m³

**Additional Information:**

- The sweeper must be CE marked and comply with all relevant EU regulations and standards.

- The supplier must provide a warranty of at least 2 years for the vehicle and 5 years for the battery.

- The supplier must provide training for the end users.

- The supplier must provide spare parts for at least 10 years after the delivery of the vehicle.

- The supplier must provide maintenance services for at least 5 years after the delivery of the vehicle.

- The supplier must provide a detailed technical manual in English and Romanian.

- The supplier must provide a detailed user manual in English and Romanian.
