Only new factory furniture can be delivered (not used, not display items). The tender must specify the manufacturer/type of the offered equipment, as well as its origin (in the table), and in case the item is manufactured in-house. According to the mandatory provision of section 10 of Government Decree 235/2024. (VIII. 8.) on environmental requirements for public procurement, the tenderer must prescribe at least one of the following environmental requirements in the technical description for the procurement of furniture: d) the bidder provides instructions for disassembly and repair, which allows the furniture products to be disassembled without damage in order to replace the components and constituent materials. The disassembly and replacement operations must be possible to perform with everyday and basic hand tools, and by unskilled labour. Detailed description in the attached documents.
