**Description:**

The European Commission, Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO), Directorate for Operations, Unit D4 - Operational Support, is seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced service providers to support the implementation of the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM) and the European Union Emergency Response Coordination Centre (ERCC).

The selected service provider will be required to provide operational support for the UCPM and ERCC, including but not limited to:

1. Providing technical and logistical support for the deployment of civil protection modules and teams.

2. Assisting in the coordination and management of civil protection operations.

3. Providing operational support for the ERCC, including the management of the ERCC's information and communication systems.

4. Supporting the development and implementation of training and exercise programs for civil protection personnel.

5. Conducting assessments and evaluations of civil protection operations and providing recommendations for improvement.

**Eligibility Criteria:**

To be eligible for this call for expressions of interest, service providers must meet the following criteria:

1. Proven experience in providing operational support for civil protection and humanitarian aid operations.

2. Demonstrated expertise in the coordination and management of civil protection operations.

3. Proven ability to provide technical and logistical support for the deployment of civil protection modules and teams.

4. Experience in managing information and communication systems for emergency response coordination.

5. Proven track record in conducting assessments and evaluations of civil protection operations.

6. Ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.

7. Fluency in English and at least one other official EU language.

**Evaluation Criteria:**

Expressions of interest will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

2. Demonstrated expertise and experience in providing operational support for civil protection and humanitarian aid operations.

3. Proposed methodology and approach for delivering the required services.

4. Cost-effectiveness of the proposed services.

5. Ability to meet the required deadlines and deliverables.
