Public Procurement Contract: „Subscription service maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation equipment and other systems and machines of UMHBAL „St. Ivan Rilski“ EAD with three separate positions, which will be assigned separately, as follows: Separate Position 1 „Service maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation equipment and other systems and machines“ with a value of 25 564 euros - assigned directly pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, as its value does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of the contract; Separate Position 2 „Subscription service maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation equipment and other systems and machines“ - the present procedure; Separate Position 3 „Subscription preventive filter change“ - reserved for specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities, as the services are included in the list of goods and services under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Point 1 of the Public Procurement Act - will be assigned with another open procedure.
