1.1. Contracting Authority requires and the Contractor undertakes to provide comprehensive, regular maintenance and cleaning of the office premises of the City Office in Toruń and the surrounding areas, additional services and to carry out minor repair works (locksmithing, carpentry, plumbing, etc.) in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the contract template. 1.2. The Contractor provides the service, which is the subject of the contract, using its own equipment and chemical agents. 1.3. The service is carried out by the Contractor performing at least the obligations according to the content of Annex No. 1 to the contract template, which includes a schedule with a breakdown into specific tasks and the scope of daily service, cleaning of individual premises of the Contracting Authority. 1.4. The list of premises and the size of the area on which the service is to be performed is specified in detail in Annex No. 2 to the contract template. 1.5. In order to properly perform the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure an adequate number of cleaning staff - at least in the number of hours indicated in Annex No. 2 to the contract template and at least 1 person supervising the work of the cleaning staff. 1.6. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial offers – due to the need to maintain a uniform level of quality and organizational aspects. 1.7. Requirements regarding the employment by the contractor or subcontractor of persons on the basis of an employment relationship. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 95(1) of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793) the Contracting Authority requires the employment by the Contractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277 as amended). The details regarding the employment requirements on the basis of an employment relationship are included in the contract template, which is Annex No. 3 to SWZ. 1.8. The subject of the contract will be performed for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from 01.02.2027 to 31.01.2029.
