Description of the procurement:

The European Commission, Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) intends to award a contract for the construction of a new building in Bulgaria. The construction works will include the design and execution of the building, as well as the necessary infrastructure.

The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Preparation of the detailed design;

- Obtaining the necessary permits and approvals;

- Execution of the construction works, including all civil works, electrical installations, plumbing, and finishing works;

- Site management and coordination with subcontractors;

- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards;

- Final inspection and handover of the completed building.

The estimated value of the contract is EUR 5,000,000 (excluding VAT).

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who offers the best value for money, taking into account the quality of the proposed solution, the price, and the contractor's experience and capabilities.
