Contracting authority seeks to obtain offers for a framework agreement for damage repair services to the buildings and properties of Copenhagen Municipality. The agreement mainly covers clean-up, cleaning and remediation after fire, water and storm damage. In case of fire, the supplier must be able to provide parallel interventions with the Capital Region Emergency Services (HBR). The agreement includes damage repair services 24/7, all days of the week, all year round. Tasks can be both acute or planned. In addition, damage repair services include valuation and storage of goods. Clean-up, cleaning and remediation in connection with the discovery of a deceased person and general social cleaning are also covered by the agreement (exclusively in the buildings and properties of Copenhagen Municipality). The tender is divided into two sub-agreements. Please note that questions will not be answered in weeks 29, 30 and 31 due to summer holidays.
