Procurement refers to the delivery and installation of an electronic witness system (EWS) for the Medical Reproduction Department at Oslo University Hospital. The electronic witness system must ensure accurate identification, tracking and handling of patients and biological material throughout the entire treatment process. The system must include functionality for automatic RFID recognition/identification, error notification and logging. The system must be able to be integrated with the journal system (Dips Arena) and possibly the Unilab Lims system. We would like a framework agreement for consumables in addition to the system.
