Servicemægleren A/S are delighted to assist Nordværk I/S and Nordværk Affaldsenergi A/S (hereafter referred to as "Contracting Authority") with the above-mentioned tender for the cleaning of a number of locations at the Contracting Authority. The tender is carried out as a joint procurement between the two organisations: Nordværk I/SCVR nr. 46076753 & Nordværk Affaldsenergi A/SCVR nr. 45288897

The cleaning task involves a total daily average cleaning area of approximately 8,633 m², distributed across administrative buildings, energy facilities, resource facilities, environmental facilities, landfills, hazardous waste facilities, and recycling sites. The task covers the execution of daily scheduled cleaning, thorough cleaning, and periodic cleaning. In addition, the task includes related services such as waste handling and sorting, replenishment of consumables, and other operational-related service tasks in connection with the cleaning supply.

The task is not divided into sub-contracts. The Contracting Authority has chosen not to divide the task into sub-contracts due to the limited economic and volume scope of the task. The Contracting Authority also sees several positive synergistic and managerial effects in having a single supplier handle the entire task for the Contracting Authority, so it is optimal for the task to be tendered as a single combined task.

The scope of the cleaning task is further described in building and room lists with associated drawings (Attachment C and C1).

The contractual terms are set out in Annex A, while the specific information on the scope of cleaning is set out in the Specification of Requirements (Annex B).
