Catholic Youth Care of the Diocese of Regensburg is the carrier of the Pater-Rupert-Mayer-Zentrum (PRMZ) in Regensburg, a support center in the west of the city of Regensburg with a focus on physical-motor development for children, young people and young adults. The center has existed since the 1970s and has been continuously expanded until 2010 (new construction of sports hall and swimming pool). Large parts of the center are now in need of renovation and do not have the necessary usable areas. For the school construction measure of renovation, new construction and expansion, renovation, modernization and restructuring of the PRMZ, the planning services according to the scope of services for building and interior design, § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 are commissioned with the present invitation to tender. The awarding of the contract is carried out in stages and sections and includes the performance phases 1-9 as well as the special services of the inventory, the participation in the application and settlement of grants, the supervision of the rectification of defects in performance phase 9, the development and creation of special building regulations evidence for preventive and organizational fire protection as well as services according to Annex 2 - "Supplementary Agreements" to the architect's contract.
