Contract description:

The contract concerns the externalisation of reprographic services for the Nantes, Brest and Rennes campuses of IMT Atlantique. The services include the reproduction of documents, printing, scanning, binding, and other related services. The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who offers the best value for money, taking into account the quality of the services, the price, and the technical capabilities of the tenderer.

The contract will have a duration of 48 months, with the possibility of renewal for an additional 24 months. The estimated value of the contract is EUR 500,000.

The tenderer must submit a technical and financial offer, including a detailed description of the services to be provided, the prices, and the technical capabilities of the tenderer. The tenderer must also provide evidence of their financial and technical capacity to perform the contract.

The tenderer must submit their offer in electronic format, using the electronic submission system provided by the contracting authority. The offer must be submitted by the deadline for receipt of tenders, which is 14/02/2023.

The contracting authority reserves the right to reject any tender that does not comply with the requirements of the contract notice or that is submitted after the deadline for receipt of tenders.

The contracting authority will evaluate the tenders based on the following criteria:

- Quality of the services (40%)

- Price (40%)

- Technical capabilities of the tenderer (20%)

The contracting authority will award the contract to the tenderer who offers the best value for money, taking into account the evaluation criteria. The contracting authority will notify the successful tenderer in writing and will publish the award decision on the TED eTendering platform.

The contracting authority will not enter into negotiations with tenderers during the evaluation process. The contracting authority will not provide any feedback to tenderers on their tenders during the evaluation process. The contracting authority will not accept any modifications to tenders after the deadline for receipt of tenders.
