Uppdraget omfattar hantering av fakturor och andra kunddokument, inklusive e-faktura, digitala brevlådor, e-post samt print, kuvertering och fysisk distribution. Leverantören ska ta emot och bearbeta beställarens datafiler samt säkerställa att försändelser distribueras till slutkund via vald kanal, med hög informationssäkerhet och möjlighet till transparent uppföljning. Uppdraget innefattar även stöd för ökad digitalisering och effektivisering av beställarens kommunikationsflöden.
