Bayerische Landesamt für Asyl und Rückführungen (LfAR) organize periodic collective hearings to clarify the identity of alleged nationals of a country of origin. The contract includes guarding, site protection and personnel control for the duration of these collective hearings. The contractor provides the security service upon separate individual assignment by the contracting authority for approximately 25 to 60 working days per year. The duration of the respective (individual) missions varies fundamentally between 1 to 20 working days. The daily mission time is determined within the framework of the respective individual call-up. The basic time frame of the daily mission times is fundamentally from 08:00 to 20:00. The maximum call-up quantity is 24,000 mission hours for the guarding personnel and 2,400 mission hours for the shift leader.
