Contract frame agreement for the supply of various foreign printed and electronic journals for the University of Szeged for a period of 36 months, up to a total net frame amount of 600 000 USD for the years 2027-2029. The procurement includes the delivery of the ordered printed and electronic journals and journal packages in printed, printed and online, and online only formats (in the case of online journals, ensuring online access), the free reclamation of missing journal issues, their free replacement, as well as the provision of customer service in Hungarian (during the interval of 8-16 hours on working days, 20 hours per week).
