Contract „Procurement of Laboratory Supplies – Establishment of DBR System” Description of the chosen procurement procedure: According to the Second Part of the Kbt., the procurement procedure for the establishment of a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter DBR) shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the union procedure (Kbt. 106-107. §). According to Kbt. 107. § (1)-(2), for inclusion in the dynamic procurement system, the Inviting Entity applies the rules of the invitation phase of the invitation procedure, the rules of the tendering phase of the invitation procedure for the procurement in the dynamic procurement system, with the deviations applicable to the dynamic procurement system. Contract „Procurement of Laboratory Supplies” Description of the subject of the procurement: The Inviting Entity describes the product categories and their characteristics for which it wishes to establish a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter DBR) to procure laboratory supplies as follows: 1. Laboratory supplies for cell culture, freezing, liquid handling, filtration 2. Laboratory products made of glass 3. Other laboratory consumables. Under the above product categories, the Inviting Entity understands the category according to Kbt. 106. § (4). The Inviting Entity, without prior knowledge of the specific procurement needs, can provide the following information based on the experience of previous DBR procedures: the expected quantity of the categories is approximately the same, the quantity and value of the specific procurement needs within the 300 million forint procurement framework can vary widely. The most important contractual terms of the Inviting Entity for the individual tendering phases are: - The itemised value of the goods: The tender price must include all the costs of fulfilling all contractual obligations, as well as any taxes, duties, and fees required for domestic release, except those that any legal provision obliges the Inviting Entity to bear. The price must not contain any condition linked to exchange rate changes or other circumstances, but must be a fixed sum expressed in Hungarian forints (HUF). - Advance payment: the buyer does not pay an advance - Place of performance: HUN-REN SZBK 6726 Szeged, Temesvári krt. 62. - The deadline for performance: Typically 30 days, from which the Inviting Entity may deviate if it knows the specific procurement need. - The tenderer is obliged to offer the Inviting Entity new/unused products suitable for their intended use in the tendering phase. The estimated value of the procurements involved in the DBR, i.e. the estimated quantity of the DBR, is planned to be net 300 million Ft for the entire 18-month duration of the DBR. The estimated quantity/value determined in the DBR is informative, based on the experience of previous years, from which the Inviting Entity may deviate according to Kbt. 107. § (2) during the DBR period, adapting to its specific procurement needs.
