1. Contracting Authority assigns and the Contractor accepts for implementation under this Contract the task entitled: "Construction of a sports hall in Leszno", hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the Contract". 2. The task includes the construction of a sports hall with ancillary facilities and the development of the land and all the necessary infrastructure, such as: underground fire water tank, retention tank, photovoltaic panels, monitoring, construction of an external equipment warehouse and partial demolition of a primary school building in order to connect the school building with the hall with a glazed link at ground floor level. On the ground floor of the building there will be a multi-purpose gymnasium with the possibility of dividing it into 3 sectors using a non-combustible curtain, a climbing wall on the eastern side of the hall, communication corridors with staircases, utility and technical rooms, sanitary nodes, storerooms, washrooms, changing rooms, office, trainer rooms, reception with monitoring and changing rooms for the audience. On the first floor there will be communication corridors with staircases, utility rooms, sanitary nodes, a conference room with a social room, a room for staff, a room for trainers, a judo/karate room with equipment (mats, shock-absorbing mats/throws), a ballet room with a set of mirrors and barriers, stands for 195 seats, rooms/located behind the stands. For communication between the ground floor and the first floor, in addition to the two staircases, a lift will be designated. The task will also include the equipment of the sports hall: exercise rooms and the remaining rooms.
