**Description of the procurement**

The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment and civil protection means for the management of natural disasters. The equipment and means to be supplied are the following:

- 2000 protective helmets

- 1000 protective vests

- 2000 pairs of protective gloves

- 500 pairs of protective boots

- 1000 protective masks

- 1000 pairs of protective glasses

- 500 portable fire extinguishers

- 500 portable first aid kits

- 500 portable water tanks

- 500 portable generators

- 500 portable lighting systems

- 500 portable communication systems

- 500 portable navigation systems

- 500 portable weather stations

- 500 portable environmental monitoring systems

- 500 portable chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) detection systems

- 500 portable decontamination systems

- 500 portable medical equipment

- 500 portable rescue equipment

- 500 portable search and rescue equipment

- 500 portable evacuation equipment

The equipment and means to be supplied must meet the following technical specifications:

- They must be new and unused

- They must be compliant with the relevant European standards and regulations

- They must be suitable for use in natural disasters

- They must be durable and reliable

- They must be easy to use and maintain

- They must be delivered within the specified timeframe

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who offers the best value for money, taking into account the price, quality, technical specifications, delivery time, and after-sales service.
