Contract for the supply and installation of a 22 kV switchgear, as detailed in the technical description of the procurement, in the quantity and quality specified, in the Balmazújváros 132/22 kV substation. Quantities: 1 unit of 22 kV switchgear to be procured, delivered and installed in the switchgear building. The switchgear contents: 18 cells, 14 consumer, 2 feeder and 1 (+1) busbar section (+busbar lifting) field. During the expansion of the Balmazújváros 132/22 kV substation, a new switchgear building with a cable pit will be constructed. Detailed tasks of the Contractor:

• Procurement and delivery of the 22 kV switchgear to the Client's substation.

• Installation of the switchgear, installation on the finished base/ base frame, fixing, assembly, assembly of the primary wiring.

• Connecting the switchgear to the grounding network.

• Installation of the secondary compartments of the switchgear, assembly of the internal ring conductors within the switchgear. The implementation plans and the protective devices will be made available by the Client.

• Carrying out, documenting post-installation measurements and handing over the switchgear to the Client in a commissionable state with all operating documentation and all the tools necessary for handling and maintenance.

The Seller's warranty covers the period from the commissioning of the given Goods for twenty-four (24) months, or from the delivery to the site for thirty (30) months, whichever occurs first ("General Warranty"). Excluded is the warranty for corrosion protection, which is valid for 10 years from delivery to the site.
