Contracting Authority: European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA)

The European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) is looking for a supplier for the development and delivery of an online platform for cybersecurity and data protection awareness training.

The platform will be used to deliver training to a wide range of stakeholders, including EU institutions, bodies, offices and agencies, as well as national authorities and private sector entities.

The platform should include the following key features:

1. Modular and scalable design to accommodate different types of training content and delivery methods.

2. Multilingual support, with the ability to deliver training in all official EU languages.

3. Interactive and engaging content, including quizzes, games, and simulations.

4. Progress tracking and reporting tools for users and administrators.

5. Integration with existing ENISA systems and databases.

6. Accessibility features to ensure the platform is usable by individuals with disabilities.

7. Robust security measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access.

The platform should be developed and delivered within 12 months from the date of the contract signature. The contract will have a duration of 36 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 12 months.

The estimated budget for this contract is EUR 500 000 (excluding VAT).
