Procurement of Spare Parts for the Vehicles and Machinery of the Municipality of Dion-Olympus with the Necessary Installation Works Supplementary for the Year 2026. The financing body of the present contract is the Municipality of Dion-Olympus. The expenditure for the said contract will be borne by the Municipality of Dion-Olympus and specifically the ALE 020.2410107.001, 020.2420302.001, 030.2410107.001 and 030.2420302.001 of the 2026 budget, (rel. Decision No. 339/11413/1-7-2026 on the Assumption of Obligation). The tender will be conducted with the open procedure of Article 27 of Law 4412/16. The contract will be awarded with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer based on price (lowest offer). The documents of the contract are available for free, full, immediate & free electronic access through the Electronic Portal (www.promitheus.gov.gr) of the OPS ESDHS. Any communication and exchange of information is carried out through the ESDHS Procurements and Services (hereinafter ESDHS), which is accessible from the Electronic Portal (www.promitheus.gov.gr) of the OPS ESDHS. The procedure will be conducted using the National System of Electronic Public Contracts (ESDHS) Procurements and Services of the OPS ESDHS (Electronic Portal www.promitheus.gov.gr). The items to be procured and the works are classified under the following codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 34913000-0, 50110000-9. The present contract is divided into the following sections: SECTION 1: Procurement of various spare parts for the Municipality's Trucks, Waste Collection Vehicles, Buses, and Sweepers with the necessary installation works for the 2026 budget year with VAT 24.239,52€. SECTION 2: Procurement of various spare parts for the Municipality's Passenger & Light Commercial Vehicles with the necessary installation works for the 2026 budget year with VAT 26.272,40€. Each bidder may participate in the tender by submitting an offer for all the items and works to be procured in each section or in one or all the sections as defined above. The maximum number of SECTIONS that can be awarded to one bidder is set at two (2). The estimated value of the contract amounts to the sum of 41.058,00 € plus VAT 24% 9.853,92€ or a total of 50.911,92€. The duration of the contract is set from the date of signature until 31-12-2026. The contract will be awarded with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, based on price. The lowest bidder is declared the winner for each section separately.
