II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s):

The European Commission (EC) is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Business Continuity and Crisis Communication Services and Devices (BCCCS&D) to support the EC and its agencies in case of crisis or major incidents.

The BCCCS&D framework agreement will be divided into 4 lots:

Lot 1: Business Continuity Services

Lot 2: Crisis Communication Services

Lot 3: Business Continuity Devices

Lot 4: Crisis Communication Devices

III.1.1) Conditions relating to the contract:

The framework agreement will have a duration of 48 months from the date of award. The framework agreement may be extended up to 24 months.

III.1.3) Information about a particular profession:

This contract is subject to the rules on conflict of interest and professional secrecy.

The procedure is a restricted procedure.
