Contract for the supply of "Fuel Tanker Trucks".

Part 1: 10 m³ 3-axle fuel tanker vehicles - Purpose of products: Transporting fuel (kerosine: UN 1223) to the MH aviation units and refueling the designated aircraft. - The vehicles to be procured must comply with the regulations set out in the 5/1990. (IV. 12.) KöHÉM decree on the examination of road vehicles and the 6/1990. (IV. 12.) KöHÉM decree on the placing on the market and keeping in service of road vehicles. - The vehicle must be classified in the "N3 vehicle category": trucks and tractors with a permissible maximum total weight of more than 12 t. - The vehicles to be procured must be suitable for road traffic without restrictions, and their use in road traffic must be possible without a special permit.

Part 2: 37 m³ road fuel tanker semi-trailer with tractor unit - Purpose of products: Transporting fuel (kerosine: UN 1223) to the MH aviation units and refueling the designated aircraft. - The vehicle to be procured must comply with the regulations set out in the 5/1990. (IV. 12.) KöHÉM decree on the examination of road vehicles and the 6/1990. (IV. 12.) KöHÉM decree on the placing on the market and keeping in service of road vehicles. - The vehicle must be classified in the "N3 vehicle category": trucks and tractors with a permissible maximum total weight of more than 12 t. - The vehicle to be procured must be suitable for road traffic without restrictions. If use in road traffic requires a derogation, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain the permit. (Annual or period-specific permits are acceptable, for example, an annual route permit.) The detailed technical parameters are contained in the technical specifications. During the warranty period, the successful tenderer is obliged to carry out the annual or kilometer-based servicing (maintenance) of the vehicles (truck and superstructure). For each lot, the successful tenderer is obliged to conduct one training session for up to 10 designated drivers/operators and maintenance staff.
