SBH | Schulbau Hamburg are responsible for planning and constructing educational facilities, considering user needs and economic principles, as well as maintaining and managing them. The educational facilities include all land and buildings used for educational purposes by public and vocational schools, as well as apartments for trainees. The land area of the educational facilities is approximately 9.1 million square meters, and the main usable area is approximately 3.1 million square meters. This includes the approximately 350 schools to be rented to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training, as well as the expansion of capacities for trainee accommodation. In this context, SBH has been commissioned to build new apartments for trainees. Lot 1: 1 building at Fabriciusstr. 150 including a KITA on the ground floor, and Lot 2: 2 buildings at Ausschläger Weg 11 in Hamburg. For further details, see section 5.1. of the notice.
