Implementare Sistem ERP

The system shall be based on a modern, cloud-based ERP system that supports the following functionalities:

1. Procurement

The system shall be implemented in the following phases:

1. Analysis and planning (3 months)

2. Configuration and customisation (4 months)

3. Testing (2 months)

4. Go-live and training (1 month)

5. Support and maintenance (ongoing)

The system shall be implemented by a supplier with proven experience in implementing ERP systems for public authorities and a minimum of 5 successful references in the last 3 years.

The supplier shall provide a detailed implementation plan, including a timeline, milestones, and resources required.

The supplier shall ensure that the system is compliant with the relevant EU and national regulations, including data protection regulations.

The supplier shall provide training to the end-users and ensure that the system is user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Sistemul trebuie să fie bazat pe un sistem ERP modern, bazat pe cloud, care să susțină următoarele funcționalități:

Sistemul trebuie implementat în următoarele faze:

5. Asistență și întreținere (în curs de desfășurare)

Sistemul trebuie implementat de către un furnizor cu experiență dovedită în implementarea sistemelor ERP pentru autorități publice și cu un minim de 5 referințe de succes în ultimii 3 ani.

Furnizorul trebuie să ofere un plan de implementare detaliat, inclusiv un cronogramă, etape și resurse necesare.

Furnizorul trebuie să asigure că sistemul este conform cu legislația relevantă UE și națională, inclusiv reglementările privind protecția datelor.

Furnizorul trebuie să ofere formare utilizatorilor finali și să asigure că sistemul este utilizator-friendly și ușor de navigație.

Furnizorul trebuie să ofere asistență și întreținere continuă, inclusiv actualizări și pachete de securitate.

Furnizorul trebuie să asigure că sistemul este scalabil și poate fi ușor integrat cu alte sisteme și platforme.

Furnizorul trebuie să ofere un cost detaliat, inclusiv toate cheltuielile legate de implementare, formare, asistență și întreținere.

Furnizorul trebuie să asigure că sistemul este implementat în termenul și bugetul convenit.

Furnizorul trebuie să ofere o perioadă de garantie de cel puțin 12 luni pentru sistem și serviciile furnizate.
