Servicemægleren A/S are delighted to assist Tønder Handelsskole (hereafter referred to as "Contracting Authority") with the tendering of cleaning services at its address in Tønder. The task involves cleaning at Tønder Handelsskole at the following address:

Martin Hammerichsvej 3, 6270 Tønder

The task concerns the execution of daily scheduled cleaning of teaching premises, common areas, canteen areas, toilet facilities, etc.

The Contracting Authority's daily users consist mainly of students and administrative staff. There are approximately 2,500 m2 that need to be cleaned daily at the Contracting Authority's address. The scope of the cleaning task is more closely described in the building and room lists with the accompanying drawings (Annex C and C1). Specification of the current cleaning task can be found in the Specification of Requirements (Annex B).
