Norway – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – 26212 Operation of a ventilation system

The competition is for a service contract for service and maintenance of the municipality ́s ventilation installations. One service contract shall be signed for all facilities. The contract also covers acute needs and delivery of materials. The procurement ́s value is estimated to approx. NOK 1,200,000 excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval. The obligation to make requirements for apprentices is considered to apply for this procurement, cf. the Procurement Act § 5h. See the contract for more information.
