Contract frame for the object planning (architecture) for all renovations/rebuildings of the existing buildings on the site of the Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) with a project volume of at least EUR 1.5 million net attributable costs during the up to 4-year term of the frame contracts (2 years fixed term + 2 years extension option). The individual orders awarded from the framework contract sometimes include all HOAI performance phases. Sometimes, only the later performance phases LPH 5-8 (starting with the execution planning) will be commissioned. A phased commissioning is planned in each case, where the optional phased commissioning can be carried out in full or in part. With the framework contract, 3 framework partners are to be bound in each case. The individual orders for the object planning (architecture) will be awarded in mini-competitions according to § 21 Abs. 5 VgV between the framework partners. The conditions of the mini-competitions and the award criteria for the individual orders are listed in the award documents "Conditions of the individual order - Invitation to submit an offer". The minimum and maximum total fees for the possible individual orders for the advertised frame contracts are, for the up to 4-year term of the frame contract for object planning: ? minimum order value EUR 15,000.00 net. Maximum order volume over 4 years EUR 5,000,000 net plus VAT.
