The company wishes to be able to act more flexibly and ad hoc in the execution of analyses, than is the case today. There are ongoing and short-notice needs for new investigations, and the company wishes for a supplier who can act agile on these requests and has the ability to complete the work within a reasonable timeframe. Analyses can be smaller analyses, adjustments or larger, standalone analyses/investigations. Analyses are defined as tasks/requests, where the company delivers a problem statement, need for timing and internal stakeholders.
