Recruitment Selection Tools and Assessment Centres for the EIB Group

**1. Recruitment Selection Tools**

1.1. **General Information**

1.1.1. **Objective**

The objective of this contract is to provide the EIB Group with a set of recruitment selection tools and assessment centres to support the recruitment and selection processes of the EIB Group.

1.1.2. **Scope**

The services to be provided under this contract shall include the following:

- Design, development, and implementation of recruitment selection tools;

- Organisation and management of assessment centres;

- Training and support for EIB Group staff involved in the recruitment and selection processes.

1.1.3. **Duration**

The contract shall have a duration of 36 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 12 months.

1.2. **Recruitment Selection Tools**

1.2.1. **Psychometric Tests**

The contractor shall develop a range of psychometric tests, including but not limited to:

- Aptitude tests (verbal, numerical, abstract, and logical reasoning);

- Personality tests;

- Situational judgement tests.

1.2.2. **Video Interviews**

The contractor shall develop a video interview platform that allows for the recording, evaluation, and scoring of video interviews conducted with candidates.

1.2.3. **Case Studies and Role-Play Exercises**

The contractor shall develop a set of case studies and role-play exercises tailored to the specific needs and requirements of the EIB Group.

1.3. **Assessment Centres**

1.3.1. **Design and Implementation**

The contractor shall design and implement assessment centres that include a combination of the following activities:

- Group exercises;

- Presentations;

- In-tray exercises;

- Structured interviews.

1.3.2. **Management and Coordination**

The contractor shall manage and coordinate the assessment centres, including the recruitment and training of assessors, the scheduling of events, and the provision of feedback to candidates.

1.3.3. **Reporting**

The contractor shall provide detailed reports on the outcomes of the assessment centres, including recommendations for candidate selection.

**2. Training and Support**

2.1. **Training for EIB Group Staff**

The contractor shall provide training to EIB Group staff on the use of the recruitment selection tools and the management of assessment centres.

2.2. **Support and Maintenance**

The contractor shall provide ongoing support and maintenance for the recruitment selection tools and assessment centres, including updates and improvements as necessary.

**3. Evaluation Criteria**

The evaluation of tenders will be based on the following criteria:

- Understanding of the EIB Group's recruitment and selection processes (30%);

- Proposed methodology and approach (30%);

- Experience and expertise of the contractor (20%);

- Cost-effectiveness (20%).
