Berlinerul Primăria intenționează, în cadrul proiectului general -Sisteme de zbor fără echipaj pentru măsuri de salvare, protecție și recunoaștere (URSA)-, să achiziționeze un sistem automatizat de zbor fără echipaj cu certificare minimă SAIL III pentru operațiuni BVLOS în zonele populate. Sistemul trebuie să constă din componente staționare și mobile.
