The European Commission, Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) intends to conclude a framework contract with one or more suppliers for the provision of emergency shelter and non-food items for humanitarian aid.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The objective of the framework contract is to ensure the availability of emergency shelter and non-food items (NFIs) for humanitarian aid interventions in the event of natural or man-made disasters, as well as for protracted crises. The framework contract will cover the following items:

- Emergency shelter: tents, plastic sheeting, blankets, sleeping mats, mosquito nets, etc.

- Non-food items: hygiene kits, kitchen sets, jerry cans, buckets, etc.

- A statement of the economic operator's turnover for the last 3 years.

- The economic operator must provide evidence of its technical capacity by submitting:

- A list of similar contracts performed in the last 3 years, with a value of at least 500 000,00 EUR each.

- A description of the technical means and equipment at the disposal of the economic operator.
