The Scope of Works includes fire compliance works comprising upgrading the top of the entrance hallway walls, firestopping the service penetrations across the entrance hallway walls and above the apartment front doors, and fire stopping the vertical penetrations through the compartment floor, as well as upgrading elements related to the fire-rated doors and upgrades to the landlord detection.
