Omschrijving:

De gemeente Amsterdam heeft de intentie om een architectuuropdracht te verlenen voor de renovatie van het gebouw aan de Geelhandplaats-Duinstraat. Het gebouw is een monument en heeft een rijke geschiedenis. De renovatie moet de historische waarde van het gebouw behouden en tegelijkertijd de moderne eisen aan comfort en duurzaamheid voldoen.

De opdracht omvat de volgende taken:

- Ontwerp en planning van de renovatie

- Coördinatie met de verschillende betrokkenen, zoals aannemers, ingenieurs en andere professionals

- Toezicht op de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden

- Zorg voor de naleving van alle relevante wet- en regelgeving, zoals monumentenwetgeving en milieueisen
