Contracting authority is the Technische Werke Ludwigshafen am Rhein AG and the contracting authority is the WWVP GmbH. The WWVP GmbH intends to finance the necessary investments by applying for funding, in particular a grant under the Directive for Federal Funding for Efficient Heat Networks (BEW) of 01 August 2022. Due to the importance of the funding for the economic feasibility of the project, all the dates mentioned (in particular the final award of the individual lots, as well as all subsequent dates) are subject to the suspensive condition that a grant under Module 2 of the BEW is approved by the competent funding body (Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control - BAFA).
