The European Commission, Directorate-General for Communication (DG COMM), intends to launch a call for tenders for the provision of media monitoring services. The purpose of this call for tenders is to select a service provider to deliver media monitoring services, including media analysis, media content monitoring, and media intelligence. The services will cover a wide range of media outlets, including print, broadcast, and digital media, as well as social media platforms.

The media monitoring services will be used to support the Commission's communication activities and to provide insights into media coverage and public opinion. The services will include:

- Daily media monitoring and reporting

- Media analysis and evaluation

- Media intelligence and trend analysis

- Social media monitoring and analysis

- Media outreach and engagement

- Media training and support

The estimated duration of the contract is 36 months, with a possible extension of up to 24 months. The estimated value of the contract is EUR 2 500 000, excluding VAT.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 15 January 2024.
