Norvégia – Vegyipari termékek – Procurement of dust binders

Indre Østfold municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of dust binders (magnesium chloride) for use on approx. 110 km of gravel roads. The means will be used in spring treatment of the roads. It will be ordered once per year, with delivery towards the end of March. The first delivery must be available as soon as possible after the contract has been signed.
