Österreich – Öffentlichkeitsarbeit – PR-Agenturleistungen für die Austrian Business Agency (ABA)

Die Austrian Business Agency GmbH (ABA) ist eine gemeinnützige, der Republik Österreich unterstehende Gesellschaft zur Förderung des Wirtschafts-, Arbeits- und Filmstandortes Österreich. In ihren drei Abteilungen „INVEST in AUSTRIA“, „WORK in AUSTRIA“ und „FILM in AUSTRIA“ bewirbt die ABA den Wirtschafts-, Arbeits- und Filmstandort international und unterstützt operativ internationale Unternehmen, Fachkräfte und Filmproduzenten. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beschaffung von PR-Agenturleistungen in Los 1 „PR in Österreich“, vorrangig für ABA Corporate und WORK in AUSTRIA und Los 2 „PR international“ für INVEST in AUSTRIA, insbesondere zu den Schlüsseltechnologien abgeleitet aus der Industriestrategie Österreich 2035 sowie für FILM in AUSTRIA. Zu diesem Zweck beabsichtigt die Auftraggeberin eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit bis zu 3 RV-Partner:innen in Los 1 und mit bis zu 5 RV-Partner:innen in Los 2 für jeweils vier Jahre abzuschließen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung kann von der Auftraggeberin einmal um ein weiteres Jahr verlängert werden (Verlängerungsoption). Insgesamt beträgt die Gesamtlaufzeit daher maximal fünf Jahre (4+1). Through its three divisions "INVEST in AUSTRIA", "WORK in AUSTRIA" and "FILM in AUSTRIA", ABA promotes Austria internationally as a business, work and film location and provides operational support to international companies, skilled workers and film producers. The subject of the procurement procedure is the procurement of PR agency services in Lot 1 "PR in Austria", primarily for ABA Corporate and WORK in AUSTRIA, and Lot 2 "PR international" for INVEST in AUSTRIA, in particular on the key technologies derived from Austria's Industrial Strategy 2035, and for FILM in AUSTRIA. For this purpose, the Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with up to 3 framework agreement partners (FA partners) in Lot 1 and up to 5 FA partners in Lot 2, each for a term of four years. The Contracting Authority may extend the framework agreement once by a further year (extension option). The total term is therefore a maximum of five years (4+1).
