The Housing Agency is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of ongoing maintenance and repairs to the Housing Agency Head Office Buildings. The framework agreement will cover a period of 4 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The estimated value excluding VAT is EUR 2,000,000.

The Housing Agency Head Office Buildings are located at 123 Main Street, Anytown, A1 2BC.

The Housing Agency is a public body established under the Housing Act 1996. The Housing Agency's main purpose is to provide social and affordable housing.

The Housing Agency Head Office Buildings consist of the following:

- Office Building 1: a 3-storey office building with a total floor area of approximately 2,000 m2.

- Office Building 2: a 4-storey office building with a total floor area of approximately 3,000 m2.

- Ancillary Building: a single-storey building housing plant and machinery, with a total floor area of approximately 500 m2.

The services to be provided under this framework agreement include, but are not limited to:

- Planned and preventative maintenance

- Reactive maintenance and repairs

- Emergency call-out services

- Minor works and improvements

- Cyclical maintenance and decennial works

- Energy management and sustainability services

The Housing Agency expects that the successful tenderer will provide a 24/7 call-out service and have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver the services to a high standard.

Tenderers must have a proven track record in the provision of building maintenance and repair services and must be able to demonstrate their financial and technical capacity to deliver the services.

Tenderers must submit their tenders electronically via the eTendering portal https://etendering.housingagency.ie by 12.00 noon on 15.06.2023.

Late tenders will not be accepted.

The Housing Agency reserves the right to reject any or all tenders submitted, to annul the procurement procedure and to award the contract to the tenderer who, in the opinion of the Housing Agency, offers the best value for money.
