SKI tu zriadenie dynamického nákupného systému (dále systém) ohľadom nákupu cirkulárneho IT a služieb pre predĺženie životnosti. Systém zahŕňa jednu nákupnú kategóriu: cirkulárne IT a služby pre predĺženie životnosti. Pri všetkých konkrétnych nákupoch v systéme sa používa kritérium priradenia "Cena". Je na voľbe všetkých zákazníkov SKI, ktorí sú uvedení v Prílohe B.1 Zoznam zákazníkov, či sa budú pri nákupe cirkulárneho IT a služieb pre predĺženie životnosti použiť systém.
