Predmetom verejňovania sú všeobecné plánovacie služby pre výstavbu nového hasičského zbrojnice pre novozriadený hasičský zbor Bohnental dobrovoľného hasičského zboru obce Tholey medzi Lindscheidom a Scheuern. Cieľom plánovania je príprava schváliteľného, realizačne pripraveného, hospodárneho a funkčne vhodného riešenia hasičskej zbrojnice vrátane potrebných vonkajších plôch, dopravných plôch, technického zabezpečenia a prevádzkovo potrebnej infraštruktúry. Dodávateľ musí vykonať všetky plánovacie, koordináčné, dokumentačné a harmonizačné služby, ktoré sú potrebné na to, aby sa projekt odborným, schváliteľným a realizačne pripraveným spôsobom.

The subject of the procurement procedure is general planning services for the construction of a new fire station for the newly established fire brigade Bohnental of the voluntary fire brigade of the municipality of Tholey between Lindscheid and Scheuern. The aim of the planning is to prepare a permit-ready, execution-ready, economical and functionally suitable implementation of the fire station including the necessary outdoor facilities, traffic areas, technical development and operationally necessary infrastructure. The contractor must provide all planning, coordination, documentation and harmonization services that are necessary to plan the project in a professional, permit-ready and implementation-ready manner.
