Nórsko – Odpratávanie snehu – Framework agreement for winter maintenance

Stavanger municipality, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to a competition for Winter Maintenance. The assignment includes snow clearing, brushing and salting of roads, foot and cycle paths and outdoor areas/open spaces in the winter. The assignment is divided into five sub-contracts. Tenderers can submit tenders for an optional number of sub-contracts, but a tenderer can be awarded a maximum of two lots. The tenders will be evaluated in accordance with the lowest evaluation price per sub-contract in accordance with the price form, but in the evaluation the contracting authority will prioritise the following if the limit on the number of sub-contracts strikes: That the contracting authority gets delivery to all sub-contracts, lowest total (evaluation) price for the contracting authority, tenderer's possible priorities in the tender letter.
