Nemecko – Architektonické služby pre budovy – Objektplanung und TGA: Sanierung der Turnhalle Grundschule Himbergen

Samtgemeinde Bevensen-Ebstorf plánuje rekonštrukciu športovej haly základnej školy Himbergen. Hala postavená v 70. rokoch 20. storočia sa v súčasnosti v mnohých častiach nachádza na technickej úrovni z tej doby. Od jej výstavby boli obnovené len časti obliekacích priestorov, takže napríklad prallwände, športový podlahový povrch, športové zariadenia a ostatné technické zariadenia nie sú na súčasnej technickej úrovni. V súčasnosti je hala využívaná základnou školou pre výuku telesnej výchovy a miestnymi klubmi pre klubový šport. Vyznačené sú plánovacie služby architektúry a TGA podľa HOAI v oddelených lotoch. Je plánované postupné zverenie.

The contract involves the planning services for the renovation of the sports hall of the primary school Himbergen. The sports hall was built in the 1970s and is currently in a state of disrepair. The planning services include architectural design and technical building services (TGA) according to the German fee structure for architects and engineers (HOAI). The contract will be awarded in two separate lots: one for architectural services and one for TGA services. The contract will be awarded in stages.
