Švédsko – Systémové a technické poradenstvo – Tekniskt Systemstöd och Vidmakthåll för Markbaserade System (TSS)

Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal för Tekniskt Systemstöd och Vidmakthåll för Markbaserade System (TSS). Tjänsterna omfattar driftstöd, teknisk anpassning, modifiering och materielundersökning. Förutom verksamhet under vidmakthållandefasen omfattas även stöd till FMV under anskaffning och avveckling samt materielutveckling. Ramavtalet ska säkerställa att den kunskap och de kompetensområden som krävs för såväl nyanskaffning som för vidmakthåll och avveckling av materiel finns tillgängliga över lång tid för FMV verksamhet. FMV kan även komma att avropa mindre volymer av materiel som är direkt kopplad till tjänsterna. Tjänsterna är indelade i elva anbudsområden: Stridsfordon 90, Stridsvagn, Pansarterrängbil, Bandvagn, Hjulfordon & snöskoter, Luftvärn, Indirekt eld, Soldatsystem, CBRN, Sjukvårdssystem a Fältförplägnad. FMV avser att teckna ett ramavtal per anbudsområde.

I.III.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

The services include operational support, technical adaptation, modification and material inspection. In addition to activities during the maintenance phase, support is also provided to FMV during procurement and decommissioning as well as material development. The framework agreement shall ensure that the knowledge and competence areas required for both new procurement and maintenance and decommissioning of material are available over a long period of time for FMV activities. FMV may also order smaller volumes of material that are directly related to the services. The services are divided into eleven tender areas: Stridsfordon 90, Stridsvagn, Pansarterrängbil, Bandvagn, Hjulfordon & snöskoter, Luftvärn, Indirekt eld, Soldatsystem, CBRN, Sjukvårdssystem and Fältförplägnad. FMV intends to conclude a framework agreement per tender area.
