Ireland – Primary school construction work – Framework 1 (Dublin) for Term Maintenance, Refurbishment and Upgrade construction works to schools for the Department of Education (DoE). Works to Primary, Post Primary and Special Schools

The Minister for Education and Youth (the Contracting Authority) intends to establish Term Maintenance Contract(s) for suitably qualified and experienced Building Contractors to deliver upgrade, repair and construction works across multiple disciplines to a number of Primary, Post Primary and Special Schools and include targeted and SEN works. The Term Maintenance contracts will be separated into 4 Frameworks (separate individual CFT's). Further information will be provided in the Framework Agreement at Stage 2 of the competition.
