The purpose of the contract is to provide assistance to the contracting authority in the field of project management for the provision of advice in the field of insurance.

The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with several operators in the field of project management for the provision of advice in the field of insurance.

II.2.1) TITLE

Assistance to the contracting authority in the field of project management for the provision of advice in the field of insurance.

II.2.2) ADDITIONAL DESCRIPTION

The services to be provided under this contract include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Assistance in the preparation of project documentation, including terms of reference, project plans, and budgets;

- Assistance in the selection and management of contractors and subcontractors;

- Assistance in the monitoring and evaluation of project progress and results;

- Assistance in the preparation of reports and other project documentation;

- Assistance in the coordination of project activities with other relevant stakeholders.

III.1.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT

The performance of the contract is subject to the following conditions:

- The contractor must have a valid insurance policy covering the risks associated with the performance of the contract;

- The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations;

- The contractor must provide regular updates on the progress of the work and submit reports as required.
