**Description of work:** The contract involves the maintenance of the fire alarm system, as well as the replacement of the detectors. The contractor shall ensure the proper functioning of the fire alarm system and replace any defective detectors. The contractor shall also provide regular maintenance and inspections to ensure the system's reliability and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
