Norway – Lift-maintenance services – Framework agreement for the service and maintenance of lifts, as well as modernisation and replacement.

The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the municipality ́s operational stability on lifts through preventive work and service, in order to ensure the shortest possible downtime and fewest possible stoppages. The portfolio consists of different manufacturer and type of lifts. It is a prerequisite that the lift contractor has the necessary competence and access to spare parts to carry out service and repairs in a satisfactory manner.
