**Short description:** The contracting authority intends to conclude a partnership contract for the energy performance, operation-maintenance and renovation of public, sporting, tricolour traffic light and festive lighting installations. The contract will include the design, installation, operation, maintenance and renovation of the installations, as well as the supply of energy and remote management. The aim is to improve energy efficiency, reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions, and optimise the operation and maintenance of the installations. The contract will be concluded for a period of 108 months, with a possible extension of 24 months.
